Terms and conditions

The rules that apply when you buy from us: how an order is formed, what we charge, when we deliver, and what happens if something goes wrong.

About these terms

These terms apply every time you browse this website, place an order or contact us. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

They sit alongside our privacy policy and our refund and returns policy, which form part of the same agreement.

Who we are

We are Bhai Bhai Garments, a retailer of stitched suits, abayas and festive wear selling online across Pakistan. You can reach us on +92 300 1234567 or at help@bhaibhaigarments.com.

Placing an order

An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if:

the item has sold out since you added it to the basket;
a price or description was listed in error;
we cannot verify the delivery address or contact number;
we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For cash on delivery you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. For large orders we may ask for a part payment in advance to cover the courier, and we will tell you before dispatch if so.

Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere our courier partners reach in Pakistan. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, and orders placed before 4 pm are usually dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, delays in their network are outside our control, although we will chase them on your behalf and keep you updated.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, and faults must be reported within 48 hours. The full conditions, including what cannot be returned and who pays the return courier, are set out in our refund and returns policy.

Product descriptions and colour

We photograph every piece ourselves and describe it as accurately as we can. Even so, screens render colour differently, and fabric can look warmer or cooler in daylight than in a studio. A small difference in shade is not a fault.

Embroidery on our pieces is guided by hand, so the exact placement of a motif varies slightly between garments of the same style. Measurements in the size guide are of the finished garment and carry a tolerance of about half an inch.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the shop, for example repeated refusal of cash on delivery parcels or fraudulent claims.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this website to break the law, to interfere with how the site runs, to scrape it in bulk, or to post anything false, offensive or infringing in a review or message. We may remove content and refuse service where this happens.

Photographs and content

The product photography, design, text and logo on this site belong to Bhai Bhai Garments or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages freely. Please do not copy our photographs or listings for use in another shop.

If you tag us or send us a photo of yourself wearing something you bought from us, you are giving us permission to reshare it on our own pages with credit. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will take it down.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law, or excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Privacy

We use your details to fulfil your order, answer your messages and, if you asked for it, send you our newsletter. We do not sell your information. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
